Do not expect deliverables such as 100 pages of text or 100 slides after 8 weeks.
But: receive a hyper-structured A3-size schema, Excel database, after 5 working days and get coached for embedding this in your departments, in their words, on their level, aligned with their agenda's & objectives in "the tail after".

Do not expect whistles & bells, never used MS Project plans or unmanageable EPMs, absenteism or quitters, forgotten deliverables, people's resistence, 3 years investments before a first € of revenue.
But: very simple, effective, to the point, what is needed and what becomes YOUR company's and people's legacy spread with passion & words from involved people.

Do not expect a cash forecast over 5 years for 20+ departments, back-up plans, rework...
But: motivation & knowledge from CxO to the floor, understanding the perspective pro & con of what they do or don't do. And for which they want to go, fight, 24/7, in good and bad times. For more, better, faster, durable, flexible, satisfaction.
