Who we are
ildwin is not a consultancy company, a product or service, but an attitude, stronger, a belief of a little senior team, who does not search fame, a gently long assignment till retirement or just money. ildwin is inspiration for you, yourself, and aggressively delivers fully covered, soft skills-based, hard results by you. If we can deliver in 1 day to you for you, we do it. Period.
How we grow
ildwin is solidly believing and advocating that senior (aged) people are as valuable for the company and the society as "young rockets" to help you with your biggest challenges. We grow by brewing an equilibrated subtle mix. In 2012, more than half of our people are 55+ (up to 83), self-employed and/or woman and extremely motivated to share their experience and knowledge, if not wisdom. We solely trust on these people to grow you and your organisation, assisted with graduates we search and hire to grow them for the society and organisations who need good folks.
What we ask
ildwin has no daily rates. We only work on a fee in proportion to the value delivered. For who wants to understand: e.g. max 10% of the investment + 5% of the first 1M€ profit + 1% of the revenue during the first 3 years.
Why a max percentage?
ildwin caps the fees versus what is to be delivered because it's you who must get the benefits and you must be able to follow and handle. Yes, we accept a higher percentage if you insist.
What drives us
ildwin has no stakeholders but "us". We are driven to build relationships, in such a way that you are so satisfied that you will trust for e.g. a 13th contract in 20 years, executed sequentially after the 12 first ones, with time gaps in between if it suits you. No need for continuous "hiring", selling, mariage, ... Yes, we do offer retainer formulae if you insist.
Will you refuse challenges?
No.
Will you work for free?
No. Even not for volunteering organisations. No need for free work: we turn them in effective fund raisers who comply with the rules for any satisfied customer with big profits & margins.
Will you negotiate on fees?
No need for that. You might be ashame of getting us so cheap. Yes, e.g. 5% of 1M€ profit is a lot of money (50k?) but what is that if your business case is 5M€ or more?
What if what I need is not what I want?
Think about "what is it worth, for you, your company, our world?".
What payment schemas do you offer?
Our intellectual capital is paid 100% before we start. We want to save you from budget cuts before delivery of what you need, renegotiation, changing management, strategies delaying the profit generation, etc
Where will the job be done?
Wherever it's done best, by us. Assume "locally in your environment" upon need or where we are. This means that we do not outsource to low cost countries. Lean does not mean cheap or partially calculated TCO. Both direct (low) costs and secondary costs are considered, which leads to decisions that point out clearly "keep all local and have happy neighbours".
